Refund Policy

This policy is applicable to all The Dance Works products and services , whether specified on this website, www.thedanceworks.com.au, or otherwise purchased by you.

In purchasing any Products or Services from The Dance Works you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.  Do not purchase any Products or Services if you do not accept these Terms.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits for products and services are non-refundable. Final payments will be refunded only if you are able to clearly and objectively prove that the product or service delivered by The Dance Works does not suit the use for which it was intended, as communicated in writing by you.

Group Trips  eg. Disney and USA

The Dance Works will need to collect a non refundable deposit of $500 from each person intending to travel with The Dance Works. This deposit is non refundable and needs to be paid to The Dance Works by the ens of January of the year of Travel.

Service Plan

Cancellation of any Service Plan must be done in writing with 30 days notice.

Training

In the event that you cannot attend a course or a confirmed training session, a full refund will be given when cancellation is notified more than 48 hours prior to the training date. Otherwise a refund, less an administration charge of $50, will be given. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of notification of cancellation.

Performance

In order for a student to be in the perfmance team of The Dance Works and Dance at Fetes, professional gigs, EKKA, Disney, Eisteddfods and Festivals, the students dance fees MUST be up to date and paid in full. If fees are outdatnding then The Dance Works reserves the right to remove the student from these events untill outstanding fees are paid in full.

Adhoc Training and Support

Provision of adhoc training and support services are non-refundable.

If you are not happy with any of our services, please contact The Dance Works in writing, and we will endeavour to provide you with a satisfactory outcome.

Refund will be by credit card, cheque or direct deposit only at The Dance Works's sole discretion and will be made within 30 days from receipt of written request.
