Jazz
Jazz is a high energy dance style and is usually quite fast and up-beat. Done to current pop music, it is extremely popular with all ages. It is great for strength, technique, and flexibility. Jazz is a fusion of kicks, leaps and turns put to the beat of the music. Jazz encompasses a large number of styles and variations. Our classes will emphasise co-ordination, strength, flexibility, isolation of movement and rhythm. We focus on teaching proper dance technique, improving performance quality and rhythm.
